The main customers of Isavia ANS are the airlines we serve. In addition to the airlines, Isavia ANS closely collaborates with international organizations such as ICAO - the International Civil Aviation Organization, Eurocontrol, and other international Air Navigation Service providers.
Other groups that Isavia ANS engages in successful cooperation with include Icelandic authorities, such as the Transport Authority, the Icelandic Coast Guard, the Meteorological Office, and the entire aviation community. In 2023, Isavia ANS celebrated the 75th anniversary of its cooperation agreement with ICAO, marking 75 years since the International Civil Aviation Organization made an agreement with Iceland to provide air traffic services in the North Atlantic region.
